Re: Received GC - Changing JOB.. Need Advice
Questions
1. Can I do a job switch now?
2. Is there any limitation on my GC (6 months of moratorium etc etc)
3. If i switch my job and go another employer, will it affect my Wife's GC process in anyway?
4. Will my current employer be able to revoke mine or my wife's GC or any other immigration privilege?

However, if I did, based on the partial facts you have given -- the answers would be:
1. Perhaps. The question lacks adequate context.
2. Green card status is valid indefinitely, such status not having changed.
3. Maybe. Depends upon the facts.
4. No. This answer does not address the powers of DHS and the Immigration Courts.
You have now received full and cogent advice. Believe it or not, I have a strong belief that you would have been upset with the above answer. This is one of the reason I do not care to give advice -- it annoys people.
So, this answer is an exception to my general disclaimer. In the future I will stick with the general disclaimer.
It is you privilege to ignore any comments I make. In my opinion, that is not an excuse to violate forum rules and guidelines. However, others may disagree with me.
