Question on Naturalization Application
Hi All:
On June 4th 2003 I will complete my three years of residency in the US. My
I751 is still pending. I was told by the national BCIS office that I could
apply for naturalization 90 days before the three year anniversary. Is this
right?
Thanks in advance for your responses. I really do appreciate all the help.
Thanks.

If by June 4th you have:
a) Been a permanent resident for those three years
b) Have been married to a US citizen for those three years and living as
husband & wife
c) Fulfill the residency requirements in terms of time outside the US, etc.
If this is correct then you can apply for naturalization right now.
