Default Question on N-400 Option

Hello there all,
I have became a Permanent resident since 10/2006 [2 yr] then got approved for 10 yrs on 2008 as stated on greencard.
My brother is a U.S. citizen and an active duty. Should i apply for the N400 through via him? Or go for it from marriage based? I have become a p.r. via marriage based?
Married since: March 10, 2006
Please Advise.

You can't. There is no way you can derive citizenship through a brother.

This is the only possible route you currently have.

What matters is the "resident from" date on your green card. If you're married to a US citizen, you can apply for naturalization today.

If you have been a PR since October 2006, and you are still married to your USC spouse, you can file an N-400 now, based on your marriage.

Also make sure you are eligible regarding your time spent inside/outside the USA, based on the USCIS Guide to Naturalization, which can be found at www.uscis.gov.
