Hi to all,
I am on H1 B visa currently working in Newyork. Recently, i got
canadian citizenship and my passport has changed. Do i have to get an
H1 B visa stamp on my passport while entering the U.S(as i am planning
to travel outside the U.S.)or my I-797 approval notice would be good
enough? From last 2 months i have been trying to find some information
regarding this subject matter but having no luck so far. If anyone has
any imformation regarding this please help me out.

I am currently planning to do landing in Canada. So, I am urgently need your suggestion.

If you're reentering the US from the western hemisphere, you will need evidence of Canadian citizenship and the I-797 would be recommended. Coming from everywhere else you will need your valid Canadian passport and the I-797 would be recommended. You do not need an H1B visa stamp.

Be sure they issue you an I-94 when you return to the US and don't send you down the road as a Canadian visitor because then you can't work.
