Question about citizenship application form
There are few questions in the citizenship application form. These
questions apply only to the last five years since I got my GC or even
before.

C'mon Ian! If someone is claiming to be a professional writer, syntax, grammar and spelling mistakes are all fair game. When someone is struggling in a foreign language, they're not.

You forgot one word ("Do") and a question mark ("?"), in the last
sentence, which should have read: ""Do" these questions apply only to
the last five years since I got my GC or even before "?""
Depending on what particular question you are referring to, I might
say the questions apply to the time period between your birth and now.
Some questions, e.g. the travel itinerary ones, only apply to the
period while you were a permanent resident. These particular questions
will state that time frame clearly.
Be truthful and straight about answering all of these questions, as I
guarantee you most of these the USCIS already knows the answers to.
Whatever you do, don't lie or "pull a Clinton"...
