Proof of Citizenship ????

Group, I have family ( Mom ) who is helping with financial support 134 for my Fiancess's
and daughter's Visa Interview. We need proof of citizenship for Mom and a few other
documents. Everything is clear except, Mom does not drive, and she does not have a
passport. What documents serve to prove citizenship? I have a birth certificate, what else
would the embassy accept?

A US birth certificate IS proof. alvena
