Processing time for making the actual Green Card in TSC

Hi All:
Finally my GC application got approved and I just got my passport stamped in San
Antonio, TX. The immigration officer told me that it would take 1 year to make the
actually GC.
Has anyone been thru. this before ? How long did the Green Card Facility in
Texas takes ?

It could take up to a year to receive your plastic card. Some have reported getting
theirs after 2 months, others closer to 10 months. But we are all used to the INS
waiting game, right
