Anyone care to share their i-485 timelines? My notice date is 4/25, my biometrics notice arrived 5/1. Just wondering if I may have my greencard before the 90days, or well after? Any ideas?
(This is all assuming I will have no name check issues of course

Select your local office from the drop down and see what times people are getting approval in.

Thing is you can get approved, but still wait an age for the name check. These are all other peoples cases and every case is unique.

Every case is different from one to the next. My notice date is Feb
16th 06 yes 06 not 07...and I am still waiting....gl to you if you get
yours in less then 90 days. Ideas would be DONT assume anything as
USCIS is so unpredictable. I have heard of people waiting a few
months to people waiting years. Only time will tell when you will get
your greencard.
