How long did it take to get immigrant visa after you applied?

I have been an investor with them since Jan 2007. IMO Amlife are professional.

In terms of investing in Seattle, my concern is how much commercial real estate does that city really need? I don't know but I would recommend you investigate thoroughly.

Does "investor" mean that you have got immigrant visa in 2007?

Ours is running at approx $400.00 per month but I know this will go up in 2013 after the "free year of rents" expire.

But the good news is my family & I take out Citizenship oaths next week

Superb! Great to hear from you. Your posts helped me on my EB5 path.

At Japan samurai.
Invested in 01/2008, I-526 submitted 9/2008, I-526 approved 9/2009, moved 12/2009, I-829 approved 9/2012.

Each project is different, my timetable of returns will be meaningless to you. If you have tenants paying rent you will have income. How long will it take for Amlife to get you enough tenants is a question nobody can answer.

We invested July 2009, submitted to USCIS in August the I526, and had acceptance November 2009. Applied for cards and received them Feb 2010. Applied for condition removal (I829) in November 2011, and had RFE in May 2012. Replied July 2012 and within week got RFE 2. Answered October 2012 and within a week got new green cards.

Hi every one
We just received USCIS e-mail about issuing our 10 years permanent green card that means our i - 829 case is approved !! After almost 14 months finally we came out of stressful situation . Wish success for all of you but I have to say even you invest money it is a time consuming process and it is not as easy as it seems !
Wonder if somebody has any experience to withdrawal the money from AMERICANLIFE and close the contract???

Is there anyone who has invested in 1501 Office space project in Seattle? Have you got I 526 approvals off late?

Has anyone posting in this thread actually managed to get their capital back? Because you all look as though you invested in real estate. What percentage, if you don't mind telling me.
