Police Certificate
Hi,
I would like to know if having a County Court Judgement against someone would be
listed on the Police Certificate? (The police were never involved with the CCJ, btw)
Is it just convictions with the Police that are listed?
Thanks in advance,
Joanne Knight.

Re: Police Certificate
I think you'll find a CCJ is a Civil offence and therfore not
relevant.
However I'm sure someone else will confirm that.

Re: Police Certificate
An English County Court matter of any type is not a criminal matter at all. It has no
bearing on the Police Certificate. (County Courts only deal with civil matters. They
have no jurisdiction over criminal matters.)
