PLEASE need help quickly with this??
I don't know if this a problem or not. My fiancée called and said that we got our
first NOA, but they sent it to her in her maiden Name e.g. Maiden name Smith and the
last name she is still using is Brown from former husband. Now she is worried that
because all of her ID still has Brown on it as a last name. I know when the G325A
was submitted we did put in Family name we put in Smith and under other names used
put Brown.
Is this going to be a problem and if it is how do we go about fixing it?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It probably was a mistake on INS' part but as
long as she can prove that it really is her, she should be fine.
