If it sunny, we will be on the beach. Guess I will have to constantly answer the question "Do they celebrate July 4th, Independence day in England?"

Get a grip it's my constitutional right to express my feelings. It's a symbol nothing else, a rag all these arse holes holding ceremonies it's because they have no culture no history put a ridiculous emphasis on it.

Say what you want it's symbolic men have died for their country, friends and family the flag is merely a rallying point. So get a grip.

I usually agree with most of the things you say Thyd...but I do think the flag should be respected. I hate to see the Union Jack or Stars and Stripes being burnt overseas.

You see people wearing swimsuits made of them whats more disrespectful than wrapping your bits in it? National pride is one thing it's a feeling not a flag. Lets face it the queen doesn't fly the Union flag she has her own and the American flag has its own myth about Betsy Ross etc. most yanks don't know where it came from.
