When Guido was at the Phoenix INS office on Thursday picking up his EAD, they gave
him a sheet listing "Phoenix District Average Processing Times".
It says it was last updated 6/8/2001. Form.....Average Filing Date of Cases being
Scheduled for Interview
I-485, Application for Adjustment of Status. . . . Dec 1997
I-130, Petition for Alien Relative . . . . . . . . May 1997
I-131, Travel Document/Advanced Parole . . . . . . Feb 2001 (non-emergency)
I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions . . . . . . . Nov 1998
I-765, EAD applications . . . . . . . . . . . . . Mar 2001
N-400, Naturalization (citizenship) . . . . . . . Aug 2000
I tried to include forms I thought his group might have interest in. There were some
other forms listed that I didn't include.
At least we know they aren't quite up to four years behind on those Adjustment of
Status, just 3 and a half.
