Path to USA
Hello there,
I am brand new to this thread and sorry if my questions are already answered. It is hard to search into each thread to find the answers. So please excuse me.
I am born in India and migrated to UK 10 years back and I am now British Citizen. I need to know what options do I have to migrate to USA (either by Green card or H1). I would prefer GC, but H1 would suffice in short term.
Also I would appreciate if any one cal let me know about the time factor and expenses involved in this process.
Thank you
JanMah

Bear in mind that if you do look to go for a green card, your birthplace will still be India (for quota purposes) even though you are now a British citizen.
This can mean a longer wait for a green card in some categories.
Do you have a spouse born in another country?
