Hi, everybody!
I feel very confused these days with INS/NVC processing.
I arrived US with K-3 visa, my I-130 petition approved Mar 17, 2004 and NVC sent us affidavit of support fee bill $65.00, Immigration fee bill $335.
I called NVC and they said when I send back the fee, they will send me affidavit of support form, DS230 form and also send another document US embassy in my country.
Or if I want file AOS in here, I have to send a letter to NVC.

My concern is if I file my AOS in local service center, how long does it take time?
Like normal processing time? (2 years or more)

Well, I don't know too much about the AOS process, but maybe checking the processing times for your service center will be helpful... https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp
