Just noticed a few new entries at the end of July that have had their replies already - I know I’ll never get an answer but wonder why Babsy86 and I are still waiting ?! Frustrating to say the least…

Luck of the draw sadly. As EZLondon managed to ascertain, his request ended up sitting in London for almost 3 months before it even went to ARO, hence his 380 day wait.

Hang in there.

I strongly suspected that is the same for me! Nice to see recent dates coming through though, at times it almost feels like it has come to a halt so it is encouraging to know that cases are being processed …!

London seems to be in a complete mess. Nothing has come through since Bryan Lloyd in April except for a refusal for BUZZ25 in May.

Just checked online and my visa was issued on 5th June, just waiting for my passport to come back now . Phew, the relief is immense.

Congrats! I noticed "case last updated" date has changed on my CEAC statsu page so there's been some progress at least

So pleased for you! Bet you are so relieved you don’t have to go through this process for another 5 years … or maybe you should start again now haha it might just arrive in time next time (!!)

Welcome and great to have you here.

If you're not already in our Tracker spreadsheet, I'd be happy to add a row for you. When and where did you have your interview, what visa are you applying for, and is it your first time?

jools

Hi Jools, could you add me to the tracker? I had my interview in London on 28 Oct 2024, I'm applying for B1/B2 visa and this is my third time applying and being put forward for a waiver, thank you

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Has anyone who eventually received a waiver been turned back at the border? Interested to know if this is actually happening, especially since it takes so long now to get the waiver... I got held up for about 5 mins in Dublin pre-clearance but no questions were asked apart from who do I work for. I'm still a bit nervous about taking a direct flight and getting turned back/ refused from the US rather than a friendly country with easy links back to England.
