I'm still a bit nervous about taking a direct flight and getting turned back/ refused from the US rather than a friendly country with easy links back to England.

In theory anyone with a visa or an esta can still be refused entry at the border. I get pulled every time I fly into Orlando and checked. Usually just a few questions about where im staying how much cash, longest it took was about 30min last time I flew it took 2 minutes.

Yes I also get pulled in for secondary questioning every time I have flown to the US on my previous waivers, usually only takes a few minutes but is always nerve-wracking!

Finally got to my interview today, in Warsaw.
Added myself to tracker ( but maybe Jools can help fix the uniform formatting!)

This will be my second waiver. I only discovered in February how backlogged things were and I'm still kicking myself I didn't stay on top of the processing times.

My first waiver took 4.5 months. I really thought this would only be 2-3 months... I've departed the US now so will be waiting it out working across Europe while I wait.

My interviewing officer was very kind. I requested to expedite my application, but I'm mentally preparing for a long wait.

Hope you guys get some few news soon!

Thanks for adding an entry to the sheet, and all the best for your wait. We'll be with you for the journey :-) I have formatted your row.

hey,

Nothing on my end, going to be pushing September at this rate. Going off the dates everyone else was waiting, i had thought July. but have since been adding around eight days for every month I've waited since January, to my expectations, last action on my was October, from the September interview.

I have added a conditional format to the tracker to highlight (red text) any dates after the 1st June 2025 in columns E,F,G and , so it is easy to see when scrolling through the data the most recently received results.

I will update this conditional formatting as and when necessary.

Hey,

I've not had anything since the interview, I got wind of an additional question related to the ACRO, so emailed the embassy before my interview to receive a none answer reply email, had i not known that an additional document was required it could have caught my off-guard, as in my case its essentially a blank page that came with my ACRO document.
