All, the email to submit passport arrived this morning, exactly at 380the day...
I like to thank everyone on this form, especially joolsjools I cannot imagine how would my 380 days would have gone without info and updates from this forum.

When submitting the passport, has anyone ever been asked to enclose latest photo along with passport & Courier-In Authorization Certificate?
I will be going to Mail Boxes Etc tomorrow to drop off my passport and wondering if i need to include my latest passport size photo, considering that photo they have is almost from 15 months ago.

Now i just need to sort out issues with the immigration department in your country... the US Visa (despite the long wait this time) was far easier to deal with and has much clearer instructions and requirements.
Hopefully your Visa is approved shortly.
One other thing I forgot to mention, as I didn't read the email fully before posting, I also have to send an updated photo taken within the last 6 months that meet the photo requirements. Not sure if others have had to do this.

Not me, I just had to send my passport and nothing else.

I should mention that the local congressman’s office, where my business is located, made a call to a Congressional Liaison at DHS/CBP on Friday.
Monday was a bank holiday, I received the approval email on Tuesday.
I believe that without the congressman’s call to the congressional liaison at DHS/CBP, highlighting the urgent need for me to travel in order to operate my business, I would not have received the approval email on Tuesday.
