I have quite a few. When i had my 1st interview in 2019, my last conviction on my police certificate was dated 2015. This conviction has actually now dropped off for some reason so when I attended this year, my last conviction on my police certificate was dated 2010. I have cannabis possession charges along with a few different theft charges.

I'm also wishing the same thing here! Close now, probably for the two of us in Feb who applied, I see late November if you base it on the average over last 12 months... It is random how it goes right! sometimes you see later applicants approved before too... I'd say for the March applications it would most likely be in Dec/Jan :-( Let's hope there is no big delays again in the processing office!

I was hoping more mid November
We have booked a cruise from Brisbane via Japan, Alaska and ending in Seattle for 3rd April so I would really like to start planning our accom.
Anyway it is was it is I guess just have to hope for a 5 year visa
This will be the 3rd one with no problems took about 6 months the last 2
Should have applied as soon as the other one ran out
Good luck everyone

That cruise sounds good! Maybe change it to go to Canada after japan! It's easier there to get the ETA, it takes a few weeks online once you share the police cert.

First-time waivers are taking about a month longer than 2nd waivers. Based on that, you will be about a month and I will be about two months after DebTrev7. Hopefully, DebTrev7 gets that magic email in next couple of weeks.

Just a quick (maybe dumb ) question
When you look at your case application and it says
case created 01/03
case updated 7/3
Does the case updated change when they (CEAC) start your process ?
For instance if they looked at ours next week will the updated change to 30/10
We are having a bit of a chat about it as we cant remember what happened last time
Thanks everyone and good luck

Good morning,
not sure if I’m posting in the right forum. My b2 is visa expired last year and I’m currently filing out the ds-160 form with the hope of not having to go to London for another interview, but my question is on the security questions it ask about arrests do I answer yes or no? I was arrested when I was 14 now 40 and obviously I declared this when I went for my interview last time. Nothing has changed since I last applied but obviously if I tick yes could I still be eligible for the waiver?? Bit confusing. Cheers

Hi all. Final update on my husband's waiver - he received the email to send his passport on 09/10. Sent it on 11/10. CEAC status changed to issued on 18/10 and they posted back the passport on 23/10. We received it back on 25/10. This was all from Melbourne, Australia. Spreadsheet has been updated accordingly. Thankfully he has been issued with a 5-year visa. He did miss out family holiday - had to laugh that the passport was received the day my daughter and I arrived back but now we can plan another trip in a few years time.
Good luck to those waiting.
