I'm another Seattle gal (there are lots of Brits here, bump into them a lot). I live in the Ballard/Greenwood area, love living in Seattle, especially on gorgeous September days like today.

Katie, that is so funny, I also lived on Broadway when I first moved out here, it was the apartment building opposite Payless Drugstore. We had a great view up there, entertaining for sure. Bit more sedate in Greenwood isn't it? Small world!
