Ok here's the scenario. A person enters the US on a B-2 visa and while in the US
gets married.
Q-1 Can a change of status be obtained without having to return to the
foreign country.
Q-2 If the answer to Q-1 is yes, what form would be needed?
Q-3 Is there any possibility the visitor would be made to return to their country?
