N-400 photos......... with or without?

N-400 photos......... with or without?
It says on the form M-477 Document checklist, which I downloaded just recently that, "you should not wear eyeglasses for the photo", yet the form M-603 which i got sent from the UCIS, directs me to the photo standards on the Department of State website which states to "wear eye glasses if they are ordinarily worn".
Which is it?
Anyone have experience if this?

You can take a set with and a set without to make yourself feel totally comfortable.
