Has anyone used this software off the INS web site and been able to print the form
on a printer? I've tried both at home on my HP Deskjet and at work on an HP laser
printer with no luck. Each time I attempt, there's a different error given.
Something to do with fields - but I've checked very well to make sure each field has
been filled.
Has someone had better luck than me?

I successfully used it to file my natz app. There is a text file in the installation
directory that gives answers to common errors that you may want to read. I know you
need a fairly new printer to be able to print the forms.

Yes, I tried that and worked fine. What kind of error message you are getting? May
be you can reinstall the software one more time. Reboot your system and then try
to print it.
Good luck.

I had similar problems when I tried printing. There's a 'read me' file that u get
when u download the software. Follow the steps it tells you. Once I did that, I was
able to print just fine.
Good Luck! Manal

Hi. I had the same problem. As the readme says, printer must be a laserjet (or
equivalent), must be PCL5 compliant (many aren't) and must be connected to LPT1: port
(not network printer, serial or USB. Wound up taking my laptop down to Kinkos and it
printed out just fine (49-cents a sheet). Good luck.
