my step son lost his green card
My step lost his wallet and his green card was stolen and the police would not even come to report it . It was a condion green card with only 8 months left on it . we need to apply for his Perment green in Sept . so if we file the 1 90 it would take a little longer than 6 months and his papers would be in the NSC for the removeable conditions .so should we just wait until we have to file 751

Go to the police station and report it. It is beneficial to have the police report that the wallet and green card were stolen. I hope you have a front and back copy of the green card.
