For MrTravel, M_Voight or Yuri - Russian Green card for Americans
After I graduate school My wife and I may want to live in Russia for a
year or two.
Is there a Rusky green card for Americans so that if we leave Russia
and go back to Russia I don't have to get a visa?
What special considerations regulations, rules and law does the
Russian Federation government have toward spouses of Russuan nationals
and living there?
Thanks,
Scott

I am clueless. You might try contacting a Russian Consulate.
My understanding is that it is difficult. I know people that have stayed
there by renewing their business visas, but that it circumventing the
law.
