Duly noted: my I-94 expiration is tied to the date on my petition so I did not realise.

I used a company called World Education Services (WES) to match my qualifications up with US ones. If you look on their website, you can find out how to do it. I now need to apply for a Florida teaching license and I have my WES documents to send to them. The Florida Education Department accept WES documents as proof.
I can also recommend WES. My wife used them to validate her bachelor's degree from Spain when she moved here to the US.
