Default move to the US via buying a business question

Does anyone know how much you have to have to qualify living in the States
from UK via buying a business route? Also is there any age limits. We are
in our mid 50s.

Thanks for any info.

I am certain there are no age limits. The minimum recommended amount to invest in buying a business is $100,000 although I know some people have got their E-2 visa on a lower amount. Good luck!

Does any one have positive experience of working with these companies.
Although they promise " money back guarantee"...how good are they in
honoring the promise if visa is denied??
I need some feed back on these " visa providers" please

Sorry Pammoo I was referring to the OP question about E-2 visas..As for H-1B ..I have no great knowledge of those visas
but from what I do know there are no such companies that could be called reliable.. you really have to find the job yourself.. by being here...of course with the limited number of H-1B available now its not easy.
