Hi.
Can anyone tell me if the phone number for scheduling an appointment for a medical examination has changed? I have 01243 832107, but it just rings forever! Or is this normal :$ and do I just have to keep trying?

What's the doctor's name - have you tried Directory Enquiries?

Sorry - I meant to say that it is the medical examination in London appointed by US Embassy for immigrant visa medicals.

I thought the new procedure was that London schedules your medical for you. I thought it comes along with your interview appointment notice. Am I mistaken?

Wasn't the case last month for me, I recieved a pack telling me to book my own medical for my K3, though now my I-130 has been approved I'm waiting on that instead.

Just an update: This is the reply I received in an email back from the Embassy today:-

Please note that the Embassy has changed its medical examination providor for immigrant visa applications. The medical examination is now conducted by Knightsbridge Doctors located at 15 Basil Mansions, Basil Street, London SW7.
You may arrange an appointment for a medical examination by calling them 020 7589 8965, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is very important that you call this number immediately to secure an appointment that is convenient. Appointments are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. You must quote your case number when making your call and confirm the date of your visa appointment if one has been scheduled for you.

Upon dialling the above number, however, I was given 020 7584 9458 to ring instead (which I believe is the one Ray so kindly provided!).

For information - Knightbridge Doctors are booking medicals 5 working days prior to interview date, to allow them time to courier the results through to the Embassy.

The Nuffield Hospital did not last long then did it?
Wonder what went wrong with that and glad I got mine in @ Birmingham before they "sacked them"
