hi,there are some issues that i wonder about.i am presently staying and working in germany
with legal visa (temporary residence and work permit), i am not a german national.is it
possible my fiance to state in his petition the consulate general in frakfurt??? - i
really can't leave my work here and go back to my country now.Anyone ever done something
like this? Another thing,i've been refused twice J1 visa 3 years ago in the american
consulate in my country (Bulgaria) when i wanted to take part in a cultural exchange
program.They claimed i couldn't prove i would come back.I am not going to hide this fact
from the consulate officers but how is this going to influence my k1 visa application?
Also,what is the avarage waiting time for approval of petition in the Vermont center?
