Hello,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a lawyer in either North London or San Jose
areas...we're thinking it maybe easier to get one now before sending the I-129F in,
considering my police record and medical history!! My partner does have an
appointment with one next week, but I have doubts as to if he is any good, so maybe
on the lookout for another if the appointment doesn't go well...would rather be
prepared as this appointment was already delayed.

Any recommendations or links to good websites would be appreciated

Cheers Kerry

Call this fellow, he's at LA and specializes in fiance/spouse immigration:

Just be careful picking an Attorney, we did and think the process would have gone
quicker without one, but if you have issues it might be a good idea.

I agree with alveena, give Mr. Udall a ring and see what he has to say. We used him
for our K-1 and he did a bang up job. His services are also comparably priced and in
some cases, underpriced. Good luck in your case.

I dunno about Alvena's post of using Udall - He failed to reply to my request, dunno
why,perhaps the caution scared him?

I used a lawyer in Central London - Mayfair,To be honest with yers,I didnt need
them either - Cost me 400 quid for 30 minites and a cup of tea,(The tea was real
nice tho -

I use another attorney within the U.S - To me,They are all full of shit an i dont
trust em one bit - He aint told me or done nothing that i couldnt have done meself.
Mail me of yers want his details,He aint in yers required area but it dont really
matter an awfull lot. Goodluck, FJ10

Thanks for the advice...I'm a nervous wreck, Dave is with the lawyer right now and
I'm having kittens, just wish I was there so I knew what was being said, god this is
hard!!...just hope this one turns out to be ok and we don't have to go with one of
these others!!

Cheers again Kerry
