June to October? Hardly. I am no math expert. But, if you calculate just by the way the cap numbers have gone, you will not reach June.
44,000 out of 65,000 is about 68%. From April 1 to April 20, 20 days elapsed, or about 3.4% of the cap numbers per day. If 32% of the numbers remain, that leaves about 9 more days before the cap is reached assuming these percentages stay the same. Time is of the essence with these H-1B applications.
