unfortunately the lawyer (who I initially recommended) has been useless,,,,,which is why I am trying to help them as I feel responsible for the mess they are in.......regretfully the lawyer (who is known on this board) has become a 'take the money and run 'merchant and doesn't respond to emails/phone calls leaving it to the 'office manager', whose knowledge of the L1 is appalling.................last recommendation from me
