J1 Visa's

Do all 12 or 18 month J1 Visa's come with a 212E - the 2 year residency outside the US clause?? I am looking to get a 12 month Intern Visa to work in outdoor education, but know that I will want to stay in the country!!!

No... some do, some don't - although you should be able to find out which before the visa is issued.

If you do get the 2-year HRR, you must either complete the requirement (during which time (IIRC) you are *not* eligible to adjust status or get any other type of visa)... or... you need to get a waiver of the 2-year HRR requirement. The waiver is not easy to come by.
