Default Item #3 on Form SS-5

There are four boxes for item #3, CITIZENSHIP. Which box should be checked for someone with a K-1 Visa applying for a Social Security card?

thanks,
Oyster

Hi:

I like that one. So a UK national who is not an American Citizen or national, is an alien with lawful status and is allowed to work -- I thought they could not get social security numbers! Just being pedantic this fine evening.
