Default Immigration Lawyer - UK or US?

I will need an immigration attorney for an E2 visa application.

When choosing one (I read the FAQ by SusanPai) do I need a UK or a US based one or doesn't it matter where he/she is based?

Is the cost much different between attorneys or does it depend on how long or complicated (or both!) your application is?

Thanks

You will pay more for experience. Beware of quotes that are exceptionally cheap, and make sure to ask how many E-2's they have handled before signing up.

They'd probably be too expensive!
