Illegal or Not?
Hi, I had been on a F-1 student visa, my I-94 says D/S and my I-20 is valid
till 2004, but didn't register for classes after the complatition of last
semester which was spring 2002, the fall semester and don't now if I'm still
legal or not. I got married about 2 weeks ago (December 9th) and I don't
know if I should apply for Adjustment of Status or something else?

If you file for AOS now, then you should be fine.
