I140 application

Hello,

I applied my I140 on oct17, 2002. I was told by my lawyer that there were some issues in filing the I140 and I485 together.
How much time does the I140 process takes?
Have anyone of you applied I140 and I485 together and got it?
Please reply.

I don't know what issue the lawyer is referring to. The only "issue" I am
aware of is that this is a very new procedure. I don't think anybody has
got it approved yet because this process has only been possible for a very
short time.
