Hi well i need some help..
i am working in US since july 2000 on R1 visa. i valid visa and that
expired,and now have a valid status now and i have filed my green card
petition..and its pending i got a fingar print call..
Now my problem is this. I got married in November 04 in my country
pakistan, and my wife is in pakistan.. I have my R1Status but not
visa..i want to get my wife here. i need some advice how i can do
this.?under what visa she can come here .can she qualify for multiple
visit visa.. i need to get her with me as i have still one year or two
for my green card and i don't want her to wait there for years its not
okay that we are living so far from each others.......Please advice..
