Default I have lost my IAP-66

Hi I have requested the copies of my IAP-66 to the IAPT which is the
association which issued the forms to get my J-1 visa. I was told
that the DO NOT keep any copies of those after 3 years. In order for
me to get a J-1 visa waiver I'd need those IAP-66 copies. I left the
USA 2 months after my intership was over. I was a Whole year outside
of the USA. I came back with a F-1 student visa.I got married to an
USC and left the country right after marriage. We courrently live in
France.
What can I DO to get a waiver if I do not have the IAP-66 form and
They refuse to give me a statement letter eventhough they have my case
in their system. I am really lost. I don't want to stay for a whole
year away from my husband. And the people who sponsor me (I paid for
my IAP-66 1800$) ALL funds came from my family. They don't belive me
because the lost the data base.JEEEZZZZ
Merci.
