I-90 Question
Has anyone ever used and pay a fee for I90 to replace greencard that they
have never received? As what I said in the other thread, I have been waiting
for 8 months since I entered the country. I got I551 stamped on my passport,
but no greencard. If I submit I90 with a fee, will it expedite the process
of my greencard?
