Hi Folks

I'm completing a I-485 for my AOS, and one of the things they ask for in "Initial Evidence" is records of criminal history. My problem is I have no criminal record! which I guess isn't a problem but do I need to supply anything that proves I'm clean?

I have been through the instructions and all the examples are if you have done something and what you need to provide to explain it. So am I to presume If I have done nothing I need to provide nothing? It seems a bit odd to me.

If you are filing for AOS and have no criminal record, you have nothing to provide.
CIS will perform its own police checks on you.
If you DID have a record, you would provide the documents about the outcome of that event(s),.
