I-134

do you need to fill in seperate I-134 for children?
question 7, it asks if your employed, well my husband is on unemployment, so what does he put?
and also does he need to enclose the letter from the bank or is that optional?
any advice

The I-134 is normally given to the consulate at the time of the
interview.
The consulate determines what supporting documents you will also need
Did they not tell you this?
