I handed my fiancé an I-134 with all the trimmings, but never anticipated that TSC
would lose our first petition, and then take forever and a few more days to approve
the second one, which they still have not done! All the information is still valid to
include the employer letter, but it is getting around 6 months old. Is there any
clear cut requirement for this document similar to the physical, which has 1 year
validity according to the Warsaw web sight?

If you are using Warsaw, then go by their standard. If you are using some other
consulate, ask them. It may vary by the consulate a bit. In general, I don't
recommend it's being over 6 months old, but evidently Warsaw is happy as long as it's
not over a year old.
