How does backlog elilination centers affect applications.
What impact do we expect in Dallas adn PA region as DOL has opened up BECs in those areas? Is DOL going to process applications any faster? When should the lawyers get letters from BEC?

I am told that the BEC's are processing applications faster .If your case has been transferred to a BEC , then your lawyer will be send a notification in 90 days after your case has been entered in their system.

Is there a way to know if a case is transferred to BEC, or we will know only after lawyers get a notification?
