help needed
Hope someone can help....
I have recently got sad news
My Future Father in law is very ill and has
if he is lucky less then 6 months to live
And so he dearly wants to be around for our wedding but he has deteriorated
and I want to write a letter explaining the circumstances now , in the hope
the Officer checking our file will take into consideration of whets expired.
Whom do I write to ?
We are going through Nebraska
is it them or is it London, we have NOT got approval yet and may not till
October
Our NOA1 is 21st April 2003
