Have H1B and want to marry UK girlfriend

Have H1B and want to marry UK girlfriend
Hi all,
Wonder if anyone has any information on this for me.
I returned to the UK last year after spending 3 years in WI. I have renewed my H1B, I have been working as a consultant in the UK for the company and they have been trying to pry me back for a year.
I want to go but am in a 10 month relationship which is very serious and am prepared to give up on the US for this girl, however, my girlfiend (has a son to) is prepared to come to the US once i get settled.
I've yet to divorce my UK wife (who hated the US), but that will happen soon. If i were to marry my girlfriend (before or after moving to US), would I be able to get her the H4's like I had before when i was married?
The process is simple when you are married and applying for the visas but when i have mine and she doesn't i just wondered what the process would be.
I also have GC's filed via the company attorneys, they are about 3.5 years into the process to.

Legal spouse and children of H-1B are entitled to H-4. I'm not sure
what the situation would be with a spouse's child who has no
relationship to the H-1B, but I would expect that to be OK (it
certainly would be if you adopted the child); someone else here may
know, or check with an immigration attorney.

that was another thing i was concerned about but that is about 3 years away according to company attorneys so i should be well and truly married or single by then !
