Re: H1B offers
I looked for a good website for about a year, and came to the conclusion that there are none (although I might be wrong)!
I eventually paid for a service called H1Base which was a complete waste of time and money, a site to be avoided in my experience.
There are lots of websites out there looking to cash in on people desperately looking for H1B jobs

There aren't many employers looking for new H-1B people on the open
market at the moment. New H-1Bs won't be able to start work until
October 2008, and that's assuming their application gets through a
limited lottery in April. For an employer to bother in that situation,
the applicant really has to have something special to offer.

hi
register to the following sites and the comoanies in USA will find you
www.dice.com
www.monster.com(usa site)
www.workopolis.ca (canada & usa)
keep your cv renewed every month, you should get emails and calls from oct/nov/dec - this is when employers start looking for staff for 2009 oct
they will need to file for you in April 2009
also look at the big companies , go to there usa site and register your cv
