H1B Visa Stumping Issue
Hi all,
I got my H1B papers in Jan 2001, and my company asked me wait due to slump in IT.
Recently, they request me to attend consulate for stumping and I send the same in
April month and US consulate requested me to attend the consulate in person, due to
my office work (current job), I could not attend personally. I learn that, there is
maximum of 1 year for attending in person. Can any one clarify on this.
Thanks in advance.

US consulates generally assume after one year that you are no longer interested.
Simply reapply for the visa.
