Hello Experts,

I have a question regarding visa status.

I was employed in a valid H1B position for company A. Both company B
and company C sponsored my H1B petitions. The company B's petition was
filed and approved before company C. I am working with company C for
about 9 months. I would like to go to company B and work based on the
approved H1B petition. ( I have not worked for company B before).

Since, company B has never cancelled my H1B petition, is it legal for
me to work for company B based on the previously approved H1B
petition.
