H1B TRANSFERRED WHILE ON OPT
HI,
I am in a tough situation. I was working for Company A on my OPT Period. Company A had filed for my H1B visa and got it approved. They have given me the receipt and H1b Approval with I94 Form. The company got closed yesterday. My question is what happens to my H1b visa since the company which filed for my h1 got closed. Is my H1B visa cancelled. How earliest I can transfer my H1B visa.
Do I need to file a new petition which is cap exempt as I have already got approved. What is the cost of the H1b Visa.?
Any kind of help and suggestion would be appropriate.
